Xmas / New Years holiday Period

The online store will remain open for ordering your skincare over the holiday period. Please be aware we do not stockpile products and will be required to wait for our Suppliers to reopen for the new year to fill your orders.

Supplier closures are generally from 23/12 – 20/01 each year and will cause delays in the shipment of your orders over this period. A gift will be added to your order for your patience in waiting for suppliers to get back up and running for the new year.

At Soho Skin Management it is our aim to give you clinical grade results in a luxurious salon environment.  Recognizing the need for a more nurturing clinical treatment with 5 star service and expert advice, Clinical Facialist Maree Andersen has customized the clinic experience to be your results driven haven from the outside world.  Having won industry awards as a result of her eye for detail, Maree personally consults with her clients and customizes each individual treatment to address your specific skin concerns, whilst delivering your treatment in a comfortable facial sequence.

Our unique approach to clinical beauty has made us finalists in nationally recognized medispa awards and earned us customer service awards for excellence in professional advice, communication and outstanding, detailed customer service.  We only secure an appointment time slot to one guest for each Facialist, Laser Technician, Cosmetic injector or Skin Specialist ensuring you have little to no time waiting for your appointment.  We want you to feel comfortable so you will be given an exclusively allocated appointment with your requested practitioner, nail or brow specialist.

Salon Booking Policy

For your convenience we provide exclusive appointment time slots with your preferred skin expert, to keep our day running smoothly. This accommodates your busy schedule with little to no waiting period for your appointments.

We kindly ask that our guests arrange their arrival time to be 10 mins prior to their scheduled booking time. This will keep things running smoothly, but also allows you to unwind with a herbal tea prior to your treatment.

As you can understand late arrivals, non-arrivals and last minute cancellations impact greatly on our cashflow and schedule.  We do not triple book our time like Doctors and the inexpensive laser clinics, so please be mindful of our time just as much as we are yours.

Priority Bookings

To obtain your preferred appointment day, time and skin expert, please book well in advance or alternatively re-book all your appointments upon each visit. To secure your requested time slot as a priority booking, please prepay a $50 deposit, which can be used as a partial prepayment for your service on the day.  This deposit will either come off your treatment value on the day of your appointment or will be carried forward to secure your next scheduled appointment.

Booking deposits do apply to online bookings.  You can either reply to your online facial booking confirmation email with your Credit Card details to secure your appointment time with your $50 deposit or you can await our reception staff to contact you via mobile to arrange the payment of the booking deposit.  All booking & cancellation policies apply to online bookings.

Cancellation Policy

You will receive a confirmation SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment, so please reply promptly with a YES.

*Please be aware that if you have made on online booking and have not secured the appointment as a priority booking with a $50 booking deposit, your appointment may be placed on standby in preference of priority bookings.

We kindly ask that you give us more than 24 hours notice of your need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Your $50 deposit will be retained to cover staff expenses attached to your allotted appointment time if a cancellation is made within the 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If in the instance you are paying with a Gift Voucher this $50 fee will be deducted from your voucher value.

Our schedule is the lifeblood of our business and as I am sure you can understand we still have staff and running expenses to cover even when our guests do not show for their appointment time slot.  Because of this it is necessary to charge No Show appointments out at 50% of the treatment value our client was scheduled to receive.  This applies to prepaid appointments also.

On Arrival

Please arrive 10 mins prior to your scheduled time slot.  This allows you to relax & complete any necessary consultation or consent forms required for your service.

As a courtesy to our facialists and other clinic guests please switch off your mobile phone on entry.
If you are late for your appointment, your appointment time will be limited as a courtesy to our next scheduled client.

Please Note:  We do not have child minding facilities so please arrange for a babysitter for your young children so you and our other guests may be able to fully enjoy your treatments.
