How to:
After finishing your brows with your fave product, depending on what level of POP you want to achieve, apply the lightest shade (Practically Popcorn) or the darkest shade (No Pics Please) or mix the two together for a happy medium shade, under and/ or above your brows and blend with your finger or a concealer brush until blended.
